This is it, my first blog. Well, it’s not my very first blog … I’ve blogged before on other sites … but this is my first blog as the Half-Pint Pixie. But who is that, you ask? It’s me, of course 
I’m a native Oregonian who loves to write. The “Half-Pint” part of my moniker comes from my best friend’s nickname for me, referring to my height. I am exactly 5 feet tall. The second half of my moniker stems from my love of mischief, again from my height, my Irish heritage, and just because I like the sound of it 
My intentions for this blog are, at this time, somewhat unclear. As I mentioned, I love to write, and so a blog seems like an ideal way to indulge my passion, and hopefully meet a few friends along the way. My topics will run the gamut, I’m sure: fashion, baseball, literature, movies, shoes and food are just a few of the things I’ll ramble on about. I also love to explore other blogs, so you should expect to see lots of reviews of other sites. Oh, and I’m very supportive of local businesses, so I’m sure I’ll be sharing about all my favorite Portland haunts, too.
